Why I Build In Public

Building in public is the most valuable marketing channel I have — but only because I use it as a discipline, not a stunt.

Why I Build In Public

Building in public is often mistaken for content marketing. It isn't. It's a discipline that forces you to make decisions faster, more transparently, and with better feedback loops.

Every time I publish an update, I am asked hard questions. Every time I share a metric, I have to defend the reasoning behind it. The compounding effect over months is a business that is more resilient and more legible to its customers.

If you're considering it, don't do it for the audience. Do it for the discipline. The audience is the side effect.

Let's build something

Have an ambitious idea? Let's turn it into a product.

I take on a small number of engagements each quarter. If you're building something meaningful, I'd love to hear about it.
